Job responsibilities

• Handle infrastructure system and network support the for desktops, PC/servers, and Windows platform
• Participate in the system updates and patches and in the resolution of issues
• Provide operational support and technical guidance on issues relating to the servers and IT operation
• Support IT disaster recovery activities for the responsible IT infrastructure

Job requirements 

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• Experience in preforming support and management in Microsoft AD, Linux based servers, VM platform and endpoints system
• Knowledge in Server Virtualization platform, Storage, backup, restore and firewall
