Responsibilities: 

• Lead a team of technical consultants / specialists to support presales activities including technical presentation, solution design, BOM generation and preparing tender response. Work with sales, product, services delivery teams to formulate effective solution according to customer needs and business requirement 
• Participate in presales activities, review client’s functional and technical requirements and propose the best-fit solutions to fulfill client’s needs 
• Lead solution design and planning of new services development; and enhancement of existing services offerings 
• Study and evaluate new technologies in the market; be the champion to manage the appropriate technologies to be deployed. 
• Study on industry compliance standards published by authorities, including financial sector and/or governments 
• Develop and maintain security architecture artifacts (e.g. reference architectures, principles, models, templates, standards and procedures) that can be leveraged by projects and operations across different teams 

Requirements: 

• Degree or above in Computer Science, CyberSecurity, Engineering or related disciplines, with least 8 years’ experience in ICT or IT industry, presales / sales experiences on Cyber Security solution is a must 
• Ability to grasp the business opportunities and drive the team to meet the assigned KPIs; with strong business acumen is a plus 
• Recognized Cyber Security Certificate Holders such as CISSP/CISA/CISM would be an advantage 
• Good people and team management skills, with analytical mind, proven project management experience and problem-solving capability 
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese 
• Self-motivated, work proactive, and willing to learn new technologies 
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager.
