Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools to simulate customers’ digital experience
- Support digital daily operation and streamline existing operation processes by using automation tools development
- Cooperate with different I.T. and frontline teams to develop short-term and long-term fix for resolving operation incidents
- Provide technical advice or suggestions to automate operation processes within the department
- Provide functional trainings on RPA tools for fellow staff and other teams
- Bachelor's degree holder in Computer Science / Electronic Engineering / E-Commerce with a keen business sense and ability to take the customer's viewpoint
- 3 years' experience in automation development
- Experience in automation tools (e.g. UiPath, Automation Anywhere) or programming language (e.g. Python, JavaScript) is an advantage
- Experience in formulating and automating operation tasks with decent plan
