Responsibilities: 

• Focus on Cyber Security Managed Services 
• Ensure the digital assets of customers are secure and away from unauthorized access by monitoring security events to detect and identify suspicious activities and help customers to mitigate risks by providing recommendations 
• Conduct incident handling and assist to maintain team operation and administration works 
• Work with different teams to provide quality services to customers 
• Ensure good communication between technical team, sales and customers 

Requirements: 

• University graduate in Information System, Computer Science or related disciplines 
• Certificate Holders of CISSP/CISA/CEH/CCNA/CCNP would be an advantage 
• Good team coordination skills, proven project management skills and problem-solving capability 
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese 
• Self-motivated, work proactive, willing to learn new technology and able to work independently 
• Less experience or qualifications would be considered as Associate Security Analyst 
• Fresh graduates are welcome
