Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide first tier support services for Network Operation Center
• Perform schedule operation tasks to cater for clients’needs
• Check and diagnose equipment and connectivity and provide solutions to clients

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma in Telecommunications, Network, Information Technology, or equivalent
• Working experience in telecom industry or computer network is preferred
• Self-motivated, detail-minded,  strong sense of responsibility
• CCNA/CCNP Certification holder is an advantage
• Fresh graduates will be also considered
