Duties and Responsibilities:

• End-User support (Windows 7, 10, MS Office, O365, and printing service, etc…)
• Video Conferencing Support
• Network troubleshooting
• IT Asset Management
• VMware / VDI client support

Requirement:

• Diploma or above in electronics/computer science, other related disciplines will be considered
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of PC desktop, server and storage system would be preferred
• Interested to join I.T. industry
• Good attitude and communication skills
• More experience will be considered as Technical Supervisor
• Fresh graduate is welcome and training will be provided
