Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative  and operational support to recruitment team including handling calls, mailing, data entry and documentation support
  • Work closely with team to ensure smooth daily operation
  • Liaise with different parties internally and externally for daily operational issues
  • Perform  ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor


  • Diploma or above
  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer services, preferably in customer interaction
  • Sincere telephone manner with proactive
  • Passionate with people and customer service, friendly and outgoing
  • Possess good interpersonal and organizing skills
